Housing
Central Ohio is one of the fastest growing parts of the country. Real housing for people must be built - it can not be housing designed for only the richest among us. Builders must be incentivized to build housing that working families can afford & want to live in. This does not mean reckless tax breaks for developers resulting in residents paying more in their own taxes to make-up the gap. In some places, it means better use of vacant and underused land. It means that large companies should not benefit from holding on to tens of thousands of single family homes - setting high monthly rents - and keeping those homes off the market for families to purchase.
